VINYLESTER GELCOAT KIT RECOMMENDED FOR MOLDS: 

• High gloss finish 

• Maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents 

• GCV1: 500 gr. (green color)

• BUTANOX M-50: 15 gr. 

• Gel time (7-12min. At 20ºC) 

GCV 1 is a vinyl ester resin-based gelcoat for molds that provides maximum resistance to chemicals and solvents.

GCV 1 gives the mold a durable high gloss finish that will withstand a relatively large number of lifts between each waxing and polishing operation, provided the mold gelcoat is properly cured.

It is essential to use the correct weight ratio and use a digital scale, since otherwise the properties of the resin would be affected. Do not add more hardener looking to accelerate the curing time.
