POLYESTER KIT FOR GENERAL USE:

• Fast curing with moderate exotherm and retraction

• High deformation temperature (HDT)

• Good hydrolytic stability (water resistance)

• RP1: 500 gr.

• BUTANOX M-50: 10 gr.

• Gel time (7-12min at 20ºC)

RP 1 is a medium reactive, thixotropic, pre-promoted resin, designed for use in the manufacture of composite parts using manual application methods. Curing allows faster production speeds without loss of surface profile. Post-cure reduction. Because the turn-over is faster, molds are required. Provides good resistance to osmotic blisters. It will provide good physical properties in the finished part.

It is essential to use the correct weight ratio and use a digital scale, since otherwise the properties of the resin would be affected. Do not add more hardener looking to accelerate the curing time.
