Robinair oil is designed to maintain maximum viscosity at high operating temperatures and to improve cold starts. Robinair oil has a lower moisture content than other oils, thanks to special packaging and handling procedures. The moisture degrades the purity of the oil, thinning it and reducing the capacity of the pump to reach a deep vacuum.
