Release wax TR104HT

High-end professional wax paste to facilitate the release of all types of parts, in most substrates. Very low rejection, ideal for difficult surfaces. Compatible with polyester and epoxy resins.

For reliable and high quality release. Does not contain silicone.

HOW TO USE:

- Work in a well-ventilated room, on clean and dry surfaces and at a minimum temperature of 17ºC.

- Apply 4 to 6 layers of wax, (depending on the state of the surface of the mold), with circular movements, distributing the wax evenly with layers as thin as possible.

- Dry from 30 min to 1 h. (depending on the humidity and environmental temperature)

- When the wax forms a whitish film visible against the light, polish with a soft cloth with circular movements. The cloth should slide effortlessly.

- Repeat the process for the rest of the wax layers.

- Allow the mold to dry 24 h after the last layer, before applying the gel layer.

- Although the product can guarantee consecutive mold release, it is best to apply a new layer between each new piece.
