Square outer and square inner tube

Carbon fiber square tube, made entirely of high quality carbon fiber.

With the PULL-WINDING method the impregnated fibers with epoxy resin are wound around a profile and passed through a heating matrix. It is a continuous cooking and curing process.

The advantage lies in the possibilities of aligning the fibers both in the transverse and longitudinal directions.

This manufacturing method makes it possible to optimize bending stress and tensile stress, reduce weight and reduce costs (mass production). On the other hand, they are more fragile to crushing and compression in relation to other tubes manufactured with other techniques.
